Druk Wang Alloys is a public limited company established in 2005 and is the second-largest producer of ferrosilicon in Bhutan. The company has been registered under the Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2000 and is listed on the Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan.

FERRO SILICON MANUFACTURING
Specializing in the production of 70% to 75% grade Ferro Silicon, we deliver products that enhance the quality and efficiency of steel manufacturing. Our facilities are powered by renewable hydroelectric energy, ensuring a low carbon footprint.
SILICA FUME PRODUCTION
Our by-product, Silica Fume, is utilized in concrete and other construction materials, improving strength and durability. Available for supply to markets worldwide.
RAW MATERIAL SOURCING
We source the finest raw materials, such as
high-purity quartz and sustainable bio-coals, from accredited suppliers to guarantee the consistency of our outputs.

Druk Wang upholds Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness philosophy by using clean hydro power, controlling emissions with a Gas Cleaning Plant, and promoting employee safety. It has held ISO-9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 certifications since 2014 and received BIS certification in 2023.
